Why would you need a mod?
If you don't want the companions around, hire some hirelings - they have no personality or story or relationships or ambitions or desires.
Bing hit on in steam eroges isn't real life, but yeah can be an obstacle on your social life.
Your character got something something between those legs.
This is a video game with Dungeons, Dragons, and Dungeons and Dragons. You can pick your body type, hair color, and spells to cast.
What about the rest of that supports the "in real life" argument? Nothing. There's merit to the request to pick a sexual orientation since literally everything else can be customized in this game.
I plan to use it on my future playthroughs, after playing through the game once normally. I don't personally see the appeal of 'romance options' in any RPG, it mostly just distracts from the game itself (just mho).
I think there should romance should come from picking it in a dialog. If you don't pick it for a character then it is never hinted at. That way you don't see one of the character practicing a mating dance at camp because you nice to them.
