Full version sex scenes are less explicit compared to Early Access.

Has anyone actually seen the genitalia during a cutscene? I got my “romantic” encounter with Astarion very early, before even going to the goblins, to Nettie, to the swamp etc. So, during the celebration I got nothing in terms of… eh… visuals, lol. Just a short dialogue.
And the scene itself was rather mild, with no naughty bits showing which made me wonder why we have the genitalia option to begin with.

I played the Astarion romance all the way to Act 3 and no, you never see anything, you can get a tiny glanze of his ♥♥♥♥ in the very first scene when he crawls over you and see your own naked chest regardless of gender but thats it. I wonder why they have me pick out my genitals if you never see them. Maybe they cut the scenes or the flags for explicit content is broken?

That's because consoles and cloud gaming have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ESRB range. We are on PC and they could release the game as intended.

It's there.

You have to side with Minthara and raid the Druid camp to unlock it. It's slightly different than the early access version (I looked up the old via Youtube), but still the same scene. Nothing was cut from it.

I wondered about that after the first sex scene without sex, especially since they ask you before starting the game if you want nudity or not. I don't care about it in a video game but I also don't want a company to budge before the land of the prude, the USA.

I'm surprised a game based on Dungeons & Dragons has sex scenes at all. Sex is not something I really associate with that IP.
