[Bug] Can't read "Engraved Githyanki disk" found in Moonrise towers

My main character (Githyanki) even comments "aha, this must another Orpheus story, but I can't read it. I left the deciphering disk at the camp, but getting it back doesn't change anything. Can't speak to Lae'zel about it too :(

Oh, okay, actually adding her to party and reading works! Since I have the cypher, I think I should be able to read it like the other ones, but well, at least not stuck!

Personally i had her in the party when i picked it up. nothing happened and had to go to camp - remove her, add her again and then read the disc in the camp next to her and it triggered the cutscene.

What if i have this problem 'cept i had to kill laezel instead of innocent tieflings at the beginning of the game. 😬

Just encountered this. Seems to be a bug for sure as I have the deciphering disk and have been able to read all of the disks encountered so far without Lae'zel. Perhaps also worth noting is that I could not simply talk to her in camp either. To talk to her about it, I had to add her to my party and use the item in my inventory in order to actually examine it. When I found the first disk I was able to talk to her at camp about it (though I'd already read it with the deciphering disk).

Would appreciate it if it would be possible to examine the disk and progress through the quest without having to have Lae'zel in my party. Either just by having the deciphering disk or at least by simply talking to her in the camp. Bit tedious rearranging the party just so I can look at a disk that I should already be able to decipher on my own.
