I do not see where there should the number of spells that can be prepared at once should stay? As far as I know this depends on the stats and on the level. But I do not know the max.

Number of Prepared Spells = Wizard Level + Intelligence Modifier.

According to what he linked, the number of prepared spells = Wizard Level + Int modifier

Since this game goes to level 12, the max number of prepared spells should be 12 + your Int modifier. This assumes you put 12 levels into wizard, not multiclassing.
