Larian Launcher keeps crashing and can't launch from files

hi, just looking for a little help or advise. In early access, i had no issues with the game and played a few hours each update but since full release, i can barely get the game to run.

I've always had the Larian launcher issue but always worked around it by opening the program through the game file, but now since the most recent patch, ever time i try to use that work around, the Larian launcher comes up and crashes, never launching the game.

PC Specs im currently working with:
CPU: Intel i7-7700 @ 3.60 GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6600
RAM: 16 gbs

EDIT: I've also have tried verifying my files through steam and reinstalling everything to no luck

Did you uninstall the game before full release like Larian told you to?

You did not launch it as administrator, did you?

Does the issue persist when you exit the Steam app?

Yes, i did. Made sure to also uninstall any mods i was using during EA also.
Started with a clean slate before the full release

I had this same problem, In my case it was incompatibility with Process Lasso. I had to set CPU Affinity to all cores, and exclude the game from Pro Balance.

In such a problematic state, I would recommend the steps here

Then try it again with launching from the executable with Steam off before the very last resort a full uninstall with RevoUninstaller.

Unfortunately, i have spent a decent piece of the afternoon going through these steps and the launcher still crashes at start up, keeping the game from launching
