Missing Feature, Nature Domain, Dampen Elements

Im playing the game quite slowly to get the most joy out of it (just my taste) and reached lvl 6 with my githyanki nature cleric of bahamut and was surprised that the "dampen elements" class reaction is missing.

I wonder very much why, the nature domain is not even the strongest domain anyway. Does anyone know why larian studios decided against this class mechanic?
