Others have answered. You can use misty step or jump spell on a character with high strength.
Killing the gate guard made you “side”
With the Druids vs the tieflings, I imagine, so when you long rested the Druids accomplished their goal of competing the ritual.
This shouldn’t make you hostile with the Druids though. At least I don’t see any reason why it would. Unless you also did anything to make the Druids mad.
I continue to use the Druid grove for vendor even after getting to underdark. I can’t commment on traveling to the pass, that may change it.
If the Druid grove is closed off it’s because the player did something that’s made the player align with the Druids vs the tieflings, and thhe tierlingd were
Either forced out or killed during the long rest. (The game auto updates on long rests when certain things are triggered, often appearing as a bug but really it’s a realistic consequence of doing things then disappearing for a day to come back and see the consequences).
But I’ve yet to see op answer where in the story they are. Sometimes the door can appear to be closed off until you walk up to the door. Like right to it. Even if the guard is dead it should auto open unless it’s been sealed off by Druids.
Another option is to try shooting the lever that opens the gate with your bow or magic missle, if it’s in fact closed.
Irrelevant. If you have went through the scene that grants admission, you need to simply walk close to it and it should open.
If you don't have admission for story reasons, there exist at least one alternate route to infiltrate the camp also even if druids hated you.
There could be a bug if you fast-travelled or did something in middle of the scene that grants admission.

Originally if you approached the location there would be a cutscene between people on top of the gate and a group of adventurers saying goblins are chasing them and they need to get in. There would be a fight with the goblins and you should get admission after you beat them.
Levers can also be operated with a mage hand.
ps. I think the most likely explanation here is that the OT just didn't walk close enough to the gate.
I agree the gate proximity is likely. You have to be ridiculously close for it to open, whereas most
Doors you can click past and it’ll auto open.
But since we can’t see what op is doing , it’s possible it’s
Another reason.
