Im locked out of emerald grove

I was in the grove and I just got to the part where I talk to the main druid but then I went to my camp. after I left the camp I spawned outside of the grove but I still have quests inside of it. I have looked for nearly 2 hours and I can not seem to find a way in. Do I have to restart or is there a way to make it back inside the grove?

Did you go near the gate? it should auto open, if not then follow the path to the east but hug the wall near the grove to find the other entrance

ive had a few odd times the door didnt open. porting near it again and walking over seemed to fix it for me.

though might not be your issue...

for me the gate is covered with vines and it has poison/acid infront of it

go west from the main entrance along the cliff, you'll run in to some people, behind them you can jump up a ledge and get in to the groove

If the gate is covered with vines that means they did the rite after your long rest. They've sealed themselves in.

Goat. I did have to make a jump onto a ledge and encounter Sazaa? (died there was a door that led me back to my peoples. ty.

do you think leaving the gate open will let the goblins in? whole time they were trying to keep the goblins out. concerned my run will be shatter and I can never sell my loot ever again ;_;

don't know how far you are into the game are you still able to use that entrance?

I was in the exact same situation. You can use misty steps to get in the grove, but you have to fight with Nettie and others, so not recommend. Just skip that main quest and find Halsin works well (No need to meet Nettie). I rescued Halsin and main quest updated.

That's because they finished to complete the ritual I don't even know how you can trigger that, maybe too many long rests?

Did u kill the guard on top? If you did, you wont be able to enter normally. That guard was basically the lookout to let people in or not

So I found a simple way to get out of this problem, Use the mages hand & fly up to where the gate winch is, use the hand to interact and open the gate ^_^

I hope this helps! It was a pain trying to figure a way back in lol

Did u kill the guard on top? If you did, you wont be able to enter normally. That guard was basically the lookout to let people in or not

Okay so, asking for a friend, if you kill the gate guard, is there a way to get back in? Would freeing Halsin fix it? Does someone else replace the gate guard? (The friend asking is me, my friend playing with me killed the gate guard)

No I think if you go to the underdark or the pass you trigger this. I've never had it happen from long resting, and I am liberal with my long rests

So is the gate locked and vine-covered? Or will it just not open because the guard is not there to open it?
