Reset camera orientation or show camera direction

I play with minimap fixed to North. However there's no way to get indication which way the camera is facing and I couldn't find button to reset camera orientation to north. This leads to same or worse navigation hell compared to auto-rotating map.

Is there any way to see which way camera is facing (North/south, etc)?
Is there some way to reset camera to face north?

Can press Home to reset the camera, but it's crazy that there's no indicator of the camera direction anywhere if you play with fixed minimap!

Camera got bugged bc of the camera mod and nothing helped. You're the only once who mentioned Home button. It helped. THANK YOU.
