Strong gnome picking up a human-sized character?
Does anyone know if size is taken into account when determining what you can pick up? IE would a strong gnome be able to pick up a human sized character if their strength stat is high enough?

Size does play into a factor when it comes to throws and shoves as I've had moments where I couldn't lift up big enemies since they're too big. Sucks because I'd love to yeet a ogre off a cliff but yeah. Hope someone makes a mod removing that limit though it'd be pretty funny.

Hm, well this just makes me want to create a min/maxxed character to see if it's a hard restriction or just a say, -2 strength modifier that can be overcome.

Size comes into play but it's based on attributes given to the creature, not the avatar size. I forget what the tag on Examine is, something like Large or Bulky.

There's a "small" tag for gnomes, though, right? Here's hoping the small tag only makes things more difficult to pick up instead of completely preventing you from doing so.

DnD - dice is God, it can do anything even if you are a gnome and such option is available to throw a dice at... generally speaking... Horrible broken system in my view.

Examine throwable "thing" in question, click detailed view, there is an info on how heavy said "thing" is.
Conjured Imp 15KG
Scratch 60KG
Shadowheart 75KG
Karlach 90KG

if you are using imperial measurements, may the goods have mercy on you...

Yes, but I'm wondering if there is a "hard" restriction, IE all gnomes are unable to pick up for than _kg, or if it's a soft restriction.

Well, time to roll a new character and find out!

Well I just finished playing as my Barbarian Tiefling and I couldn't throw the gith I was fighting in the creshe so I highly doubt gnomes/halflings/etc can throw their own body size maybe but definitely not anything larger. Maybe if you invest points in strength or something but yeah by default my tiefling barbarian CAN throw gnomes/halflings but not anybody my own size.
