How to skip the launcher?

i cant start the game because of the launcher. why does a SINGLEPLAYER game needs a seperate launcher? why i have to create a 3. party account for a SINGLEPLAYER game?
i bet pirates doesnt have this problems. i ask steam for a refund.

rightclick the game, properties, bottom line, add --skip-launcher to launch options

You don't need to create an account. There's a "Skip and never ask again" button. you can use the code "--skip-launcher" in the launch options to skip the launcher.

As with any game on steam... just add the skip launcher to game properties for BG3.

- Right-click the game in your library and select Properties.
- Look for the Launch Options field at the bottom of the General tab.
- Add "-skip-launcher"

I think you can run the game .exe directly as Larian don't use any DRM i know of.

You can skip both Steam and the launcher by making a shortcut to bg3.exe or bg3_dx11.exe, add a blank space after the shortcuts target and add --skip-launcher

If your really brave you'll add it to run on startup in windows :D

But really if anyone are running this game on a potato it might save a few resources, exept the last comment ofc.
