I read what Quickened spell does and same question as above, you only take 1 turn to cast anything, there's no spell/action that requires 2 turns or more to be casted.
I dont know about Heightened Spell so cant say.
But the game says that with spells like Charm people can turn hostile if you cast them?
On tactician difficulties, yeah.
That's strictly to make the game harder for people who wanted a challenge though.
Quickened Spell specifically allows you to Cast a Full Action Spell as a bonus action, which you can then use your normal action for other things like Dash, Dodge. etc. That's why its powerful.
Sublte spell in BG3 just specifically allows casting while in a Silence spell. Casting components are not really a thing so that's it's only use case anyways.
