Grymforge after Moonrise?

Im curious as to whether I'd still be able to go to grymforge after I get to moonrise?

its a bit complicated.. yes you can return to GF after "visiting" MR and doing some things there, but after you "finish" MT and Act 2, no, you won't be able to return to anything prior to Acts 1/2. the game will warn you when you're about to make a no-turning-back point

You can still go back to most of Act 1 while you're first getting into act 2.
At a certain point, which will be warned ingame ("are you sure you want to continue blah blah") that you wont be able to go back.
You can even go to both the mountain pass and moonrise towers. I saved and went to one to make sure I wasnt cutting myself off.
Eventually you will not be able to go back though.

When you leave for Baldur's Gate you cannot go back to any of the previous areas.

I forget when the actual change to Act 3 occurs, but its when you take the road to Baldurs Gate. at some point along the way - maybe when you reach Rivington - all the old Act 1&2 waypoints will disappear from your map.
