Question about Shadowheart personal quest, in act 3

Steam discussion previews show things even in spoilers, so stop reading if you haven't gotten into act 3.
Is there no way to look for her parents and go to her Sharran convent before the game is over? When I've tried talking to her about it, she always mentions that she would like to do all of that AFTER we take care of the elder brain, but I'm fairly certain the story stops there after you take it out, and in the journal it says all of her personal quests are complete. I'm just wondering if you're able to look for her parents before that.

There's no marker for it on my map, the quest log says her quests are complete, and I haven't found the location without that, if I knew where the house was, I would definitely just enter it.

Its to the right of Baldur`s Gate (not the city, the literal gate), its called the house of grief. Look around the city more, there could be places you haven't visited yet

thank you, I have discovered the gate so I'll look for it around there. I'll look for other places too, hoping to reach level 12 before the end of the game, I'm only about halfway past 11.
