Bug: Gortasch doesnt spawn...

Did anyone had this bug?! I already went back 12 saves (3 big fights) and hes still not there, if I go to the quest marker...

Not sure, how to fix it... 75h, game nearly done and again such a huge bug... -.-

If you destroy the steel guardians factory - do all steel guardians explode? Maybe they killed Gortasch and that bugged the game?
There is some blood throne room, where Gortasch should be and a lot of broken steel guardians... But then this should happen often, not just in my safe game...

Gortash doesn't appear in the room where you see him get coronated. There is a door at the back right of the throne room that leads up to where you find him

Act 3 has a lot of bugs and rushed content. You may have to reload a way older save and try again.

Omg... Thanks...! Did need over 1h to find this now... So annoying... One door that leeds you outside and then you have to search for another door, one floor higher...
Its so stupid, that the quest marker is right above the throne... Uff!

Technically the marker is there because he is there just above you. If you look at quest markers typically they have a smaller white up or down arrow attached to them to indicate if the quest thing is above or below you. It might be missing from this marker in that case which would indeed need fixing.

I've been to all the rooms and he is gone. During some of the battles it kinda glitched and showed his face for a second but he never spawned. Hard to describe what I mean
