Baldur's Gate 3

Ver estatísticas:
Jaheira died during the siege of the moon tower...
She is suppose to become your companion in the future, since i read it on google

The war at the tower part is so hard... she died during the battle.
Should i go search for a load file and actually try it again but with her surviving ?

Does she have important plot points in Act 3 ? does she have many quests ?

Or just say F it, and keep playing ?

She's a pathetic cameo at the end of the day. Nothing is lost from leaving her dead in a ditch somewhere.

Old post, Jaheira was patched since then.
IDK about her being pathced, I played last version and she automatically died at the end of the battle if wasn't in my party. As soon as I tell her to koin me in fight - she's ok at the end of battle

I just killed her myself because I consider restriction of movement as assault, hence it was self-defense. Next play-through I'll just knock her out instead, but there's not way she's getting out of this unscathed.

I agree that she acts really stupid during the Moonrise towers assault: I made Gale an Ice adept mage, so he used AFAIK Snowstorm ("Пурга" in Russian), which made a Difficult terrain, so the enemies often fell on ice lol, and other Ice skills. My Paladin 2-handed-weapon-using char had special boots with immunity from falling on ice, so she and Shadowheart killed fallen enemies by melee. Astarion shot enemies with 2 one-handed crossbows. Unfortunately, Jaheira turned into a panther and also tried to do melee fighting, so she fell (imagine a giant panther doing some bag figure skating lol) and got some damage from enemies. Shadowheart had to distract from fighting enemies and heal her to prevent her death. At least, she did survive and joined my team afterwards. BTW, I play on Balance difficulty.

NPCs are just kinda stupid in general in this game. If you cast Hunger of Hagar they just stand there most of the time, confused. Your allies will also run into it, which is really annoying. The only counter for HoH for them seems to be long jumping/teleporting out of it, but very few NPCs I've seen actually think to do this.

OP you forgot to do the carnage in Moonrise before going and finishing the Shar Gauntlet.
Z´raell in particular should be a corpse.

If you don´t do that the battle is much harder, with zealots ready to smite your ass (and Jaheira´s)
