Spear/Javelin throwing class
I love the fantasy of a nature bound warrior that throws spears or a holy being (like paragon from Guild wars 1 ) which throws spears and has a shield. Is there any class subclass combo that I can achiev that with ?

The Eldritch Knight subclass for Fighter allows you to form a bond with a weapon every long rest. Once this bond is formed any time the weapon is thrown it will teleport back to the fighter after it lands.
For the most part you'd just want a good STR score.
I'm not sure if the Archery fighting style enhances thrown weapons (I think they should).
If so, you'd want something that lets you pick a fighting style, Fighter Ranger or paladin, maybe combine that with a barbarian wolf wildheart so your rages also buff your allies, or cleric for more direct support casting.
Obviously Berserker Barbarian with Tavern brawler feat. They're designed to throw spears (and people) at people.

You'll want to pick up the Tavern Brawler feat.
Tavern Brawler and Eldritch Knight is de wae.

Trying to build a character around a single action/attack/gimmick is typically a bad idea, but as far as tbrowing weapons go, you want high Strength and the Tavern Brawler feat, so any class that relies on Strength, such as the Fighter, Barbarian or Paladin, would do.
Been throwing plenty of javelins with my Ancients Paladin playthrough. Feels pretty good.
There's also a returning pike (!) you can buy I think from the Goblin Camp trader. It's a freaking polearm that boomerangs, synergizes with Great Weapon Mastery and Polearm fighter feat. Probably loses utility after act 1 though, I don't know as I haven't made it to Act2 thx to all my crashes.

Building around throwing is not bad, not only you get to kick and toss gnomes around, with both strength and athletics you can jump to high places and throw ♥♥♥♥ from there, including gnomes, for extra damage based on weight, or roleplay a Donkey Kong and toss explosives barrels. In case of of bigger enemies your friendly neighborhood can cast Reduce to adjust enemy to more familiar gnome size. And if push comesdoesn't come to shove, STR being main stats lets you bash with heavy weapons or gnomes anyway.
