Dumb question - how to get to shadow lands

Ive done all of the underdark, grymforge, arcane tower but have no clue how to actually get to the shadow lands and progress to act 2. I don't want to take the mountain pass just yet. The boat from the beach just goes to the grym forge, likely missing something totally obvious but stuck. Where is the actual entrance to the shadow lands????

In the Grymforge there is a lift... at the point where the two dark dwarfs are mocking the gnome and drinking.
There are also other ways into the shadowlands, for example at the mountain pass (where the Quest for Lea'Zeal leads, you can reach this via the Goblin camp for example) and their might be even more ways ;)

EDIT:
I should state that the Lift is in sight range to the teleportation point.

Mointain pass is act one
1 entrance shadowland is in same zone where grymforge is (dont know the name of the zone so i write this )
and one entrance is ins mountain pass

That's only if you want to do the underdark route. I wouldn't go to the shadowlands unless you also checked out the above ground option. There is a bunch of game play there including one of the best weapons in the game.
