Should be. I have seen that once before on a modding discord. Not too hard that you would need to pay, unless you want them to position specifically which can be a pain depending on how the files are used.
Your best try is checking on the modding community for the game. I have heard there is one on Nexus, but I have not joined them yet.

yeah I guess nothing is for cheap and I will have to spend time to dig through that.
Still though seeing how not simple and user friendly this is...
I wouldn't mind paying something if they integrated an easy tool into the official game to export models for 3d printing maybe even with posing ability.
But then I guess not many do have a resign printer and would want to do that.
