Another Lorroakan fight bug

Just redid the fight because my character froze after killing him the first two times.

This time I knocked an elemental off the ledge. It however lived(it was standing in the air for some reason) and started fighting from a lower floor. further in the fight nightsong flew to the lower floor to fight said elemental and after beating Lorroakan, the scene that is supposed to fire didn't. If I talk to her she does recognize he's dead though. So I guess all is fine as far as quest progression goes...??

Also, I can't look Lorroakan. Is that normal? Because that too doesn't seem normal.
