And Act 1 is basically like that guy said, 60+% of the game, then I would say 25% Act 2 and 15% Act 3
(if you finish most of the activities in all 3 Acts ofc, because u basically can finish Act 2 in like 5 hours)

I have done Act1 in 45h, Act2 in 15h, and am at 10h in act3 and i have already done a lot, so i think Act1 is larger.

You can finish Act 1 in 5 hours too. Just get a bard and run to the mountain pass.

my recommendation is to just stop at act 1 so you dont see how unifinished the rest of the game is

Definitely haven't seen the same as what Shadow said. I'm wrapping up Act 2 and didn't even explore the full map and missed a couple quests and it took me 20 hours, Act 1 did everything in around 30, if you take your time Act 2 isn't that much shorter than the first.

Can't say anything towards Act 3 yet but from what I've heard Neblunoa is correct the city is huge and is the longest Act but only if you focus on the side content

The problem with act 3 is that with so many npc's in town it's very easy to miss quests because the game doesn't tell you which npc's are relevant and which aren't. But there's a lot of content in that act, don't believe those who say it's short.

My Save took me 38 hours ingame time to finish, 9 Hours in Act 1 , 6 hours in Act 2 and then Act3. All on easiest difficulty and i missed a few things in Act 1+2 that i noticed in another run.

Act 2 is definitly a lot shorter. I probably missed a thing or two but i am now at 7 hours in act 2 and nearing its end (probably a few hours more to go) where act 1 took me 27 hours. Hopefully act 3 is larger in size. Nothing wrong with the content in act 2 tho, but it just feels short.
