Save Vanra quest bugged/Hag quest bugged *spoilers*

I've spoke to Captain Grisly and she transformed into the hag, i expected a fihgt but didnt happen she just walks around like nothing is happening and showing 0 health. I can't interact with her and if i hit her nothing happens.

I cleared out the cellar with the masked people, went into teh secret room which nothing happened.

I've got the hags bane and ready to go.

The journal isn't really updating but it doesnt on most quests.

Dunno what to do have i missed something? I feel like i should be able to fight the hag. Cant even throw the hags bane at her

It worked for me without interacting with other people to start the thing since I just stumbled across it. Sneaking into her main room and blowing up one of her mushrooms caused her to spawn in and start talking to me. Could give that a try.

Sadly did not work.
Destroyed all three mushrooms. still Hug/Grizlly walking upstairs with 0 hp.

Found the solution - try to heal her before a dialogue where she turns into a hag. Shes not interactive if you heal her after her turning, but you'll be able to kill her or use the hags bane.

For me she was hostile before I had ever even met her. I just rolled up to that tavern and there was a hostile person inside which triggered a battle. Then I had to take like 3 turns to walk into the tavern and attack her once. After attacking her once a conversation triggered and the transformed into the hag.

Real weird and real buggy.

Yeah im not going back that far in my saves.

Would jsut be good if people could do their jobs and make a functioning game

This seems to be working for me. I at least got the dialogue after the transforms. Thanks! I'm glad I left her uninteracted with after several different methods on my end and turned to other things.

i had this same problem and i have found a fix for it!!! to be able to talk to Auntie Ethel after she transforms you have heal her as captain grizly as she has to have some amount of HP when she transforms to be able to talk to you

she keeps dodging my hags bane. Ive reloaded the scenario about 50 times, and every time she dodges.

I think you can actually use the potion after the patch, there's a cauldron on the upper floor of the previous room, looks like you can poison the cauldron with the potion, but i found that after i knocked her down and freed the girl cutting the hag.

is it just your theory ? dont understand how can u poison cauldron and how it should work if its even not in the room with hag

the bug part for me was when i freed the kid using hag potion and the fight was over the kid was no where to be found luckily i had a save sport before using
hag potion so retraced it and it turns out i had a fire surface around the hag and while the kid was escaping it's health got down to 0 and suddenly dissappeared.

I've found, last week, that the Hag Bane p[otion does not work/cannot be used

I just went to blood free damage and beat vanra out of her
