If you want charisma wisdom and int check to be good, pick a lore bard.
This. Level 3 Warlock for Pact of the Blade for pact weapon (proficiency with any weapon with the Pact Weapon feature with added goodies), can use cha for attack+dmg modifier, no need to pump str/dex for attacks. Warlocks get quite a few dialog options for roleplaying flavor too, I would imagine paladins do as well, but unfortunately can't attest to that personally.
I don't got a paladin, sometimes missing one!
Palladins can attack twice after level 4 or 5 and idk how it would work when mixed with warlock. Eldritch Blast someone and then attack another with your weapon or maybe 2 attacks and the blast another, that would be fun.
Later in game (in act 1) you could find armor that boost your dexterity to 18 and this will open up other multiclassing possibilities.
That depends on if you want to exploit a bug that's currently in the game. The level 5 Warlock Feat 'Deepened Pact' grants you an Extra Attack per action if you choose Pact of the Blade. This Extra Attack unintentionally stacks with a martial class's Extra Attack. So going at least Warlock 5/Paladin 5 means you will have 3 attacks per action. The last 2 levels could be used wherever, either Warlock or Paladin, or even something like Fighter for another Fighting Style and Action Surge.
I think if you want to be optimal (and I might be wrong about this, not like I min-max all to hell) you should start as paladin for medium armor proficiency, as you don't get that if you start out as warlock.
Which companions do you think are crazy or evil? they all seem like good guys except astarion
Lae'zel is a gith, that alone justifies crazy and evil... karlach is not evil but she's not all there sometimes. Shadowheart is a cleric of shar so... evil.
