Warlock Deepened Pacts are so broken...

So been playing Pact of Chain for a while and found a page about various BG3 builds and decided to try out a warlock/warrior multiclass build. In the middle of fighting a bunch of enemies (the gith if the creche to be precise) and happened to check my (at the start clearly marked Pact Weapon) weapon after apparently not getting a 2nd attack (lvl 5 lock 1 warrior) even though I had previously during said fight....to see my weapon apparently no longer bearing the Pact-Weapon tag. So basically my Pact Weapon (which is directly noted in the tooltips as lasting until a Long Rest occurs) somehow expires in the middle of a fekking combat which immediately denies me a 2nd attack AND significant combat advantages (using Charisma vs str/dex so basically a drop from +4 to +0 cause of Feats otherwise id possibly be looking at -1).

Seriously Larian? I really enjoy this game but its bugs like this that make me bewildered as to what is going on over there. How does a bug basically strip away a classes "big upgrade" (level 5 is kind of one of those points where each class gets its big oomph aspect to boost their strength) for 2 out of 3 (im roughly guessing Pact of the Tome are getting their cantrips, i cant say ive seen posts indicating otherwise...could be wrong) but Blade and Chain are at best getting theirs "intermittently" somehow. I mean this isnt something I think that was added near the end before release or anything. How the heck could it have gone from "yep it works reliably" to "nah its works for 2 attacks then vanishes for no reason) and yet no hotfix or anything. I mean Im in the middle of combat and I go from hitting like a truck twice to suddenly slapping them with a noodle (metaphorically speaking) only once. Course I cant even make the choice to "lose" a round to reapply Pact Weapon....cause that can only be done out of combat....so now I have to face these enemies with a weaker weapon cause of bugs *sigh*

I know I know...."bugs happen" and whatnot...but this issue has been posted about COUNTLESS times since launch (if not before....google isnt showing me any results prior to roughly launch so *shrug*) and we are now 2 hotfixes down and still deepened pact as seen nothing.
