Auntie and the masks (Spoilers)

So, I've manged to kill auntie and without killing any of the 4 mask-wearing minions. One of them removed their mask and talked to me, but the three others are still wearing theirs. The one that removed theirs were under the influence of "hold person" as the fight ended - and I entered a guard-like cut-scene with them.

Do anyone have any ideas on how to remove the masks from the last three? I've tried talking, pickpocketing, hold person and nothing seems to do anything. When talking they just refuse to let you come near the masks. They have nothing to pick-pocket.

Not relevant but did you save the dwarf and the elf, also save first and then break the mirror (can't remember the step for the mirror)

Edit: there should be a way to save the mirrors but I forgot, if you get cursed (bane) it went away after long rest

God I love this game. I just went through this area and had no idea this was even a possible outcome

So, both the dwarf and the elf gets "saved" once you kill the hag. You can knock out the 4 masks with nonlethal damage and then take the masks. They'll wake up after a long rest. The game doesn't seem to respond to this specific outcome though, and three of them still act as if they had their masks on, and the dialogue options are the same as when they had their masks on.

You can use pet to kill Mirror too.

Updated on this, if you saved dwarf you will see him on Baldur gate, minor loot

Edit: and revive Mary husband give the control to her. Visit hag again later

I have 8 of those masks in my stash, I wish there was a way to entice enemies / npcs to wear them.

I tried this with one of them and she died when I removed the mask.
