Game is falling apart in Act 3

[Shadow Wizard Money Gang]

First two acts are flawless. No glitches, no crashes, no run ending bugs.

Enter Act 3 where I have spent upwards of 10 hrs correcting mistakes the game has made without any kind of notification. I crash every other hr now. Quests are entirely broken. Not sure what happened but this is getting bad.

After completing the game I can honestly say this was one of the most disappointing endings since Mass Effect 3.
-Forced Character death
-Lackluster companion ending interactions
-Bugged interactions and end boss fight
-Quite literal Marvel Level dialogue with your love interest at the end, with a hard cut to credits
-No ending slideshow of choices made or future character choices

Idk if I'm gonna play this one again without significant revisions to the story and characters/dialogue

Yeah it’s bad. Like things are CONSTANTLY going wrong. Just walking around lower city for 5 minutes you’ll see audio cutting in and out, oh now some object is phasing in and out of existence, now your character portrait disappeared, oh look another crash, oh you started a fight and your FPS falls to 20 and you’re unable to end your turn because the entire interface disappeared, and the fist guards are walking through your battle on their normal schedule with their weapons sheathed while some bhaalists are trying to murder you.

I haven't had any crashes, but definitely have experienced audio cuts, cutscenes ending abruptly before the speaker finishes speaking, the damn frame drops, some of my spells and abilities being removed from hotbar(got a pretty dope ability from completing Dark Urge questline that's just gone now ???) and so on. Act 3 def is much rougher than the first 2 acts, but still playable. Very annoying at times, but playable at least.

I also occasionally get this bug where Lae'zel(it only happens with Lae'zel) enters a conversation with no one in the middle of combat and you're unable to do anything until you reload the save because the UI is gone and you can't end her turn(though this bug isn't exclusive to Act 3, was happening in Act 1 for me as well).

There are already multiple options for Karlach. She dies, she returns to avernus, she becomes a Mind Flayer which solves her problem and she can continue living outside of the hells.

Really dislike the misinformation being spread. Karlach might not have the happy ending people were hoping for, myself included, but to say she doesn't have proper endings is actually false.

The quality of ACT 3 is actually amazing and its one of the stronger acts and it shows that they learned a lot from DOS 1 and 2, its just the technical aspect that is the problem and im hearing that not everyone is going through it. But honestly this is an area that RPGs tend to struggle with especially Crpgs, Pathfinder Wotr was dragged down from 8/10 to a 6/10 because of how much i hated the last parts of the game.

How is that abrupt? The engine that threatened her life, the problem you've been searching for a fix, has now cooled. Her problem is solved. Keep in mind this is happening AS the Megamind is causing hell and is about to take over. She expresses that she's happy and then focuses on the task at hand, which is not dying/being controlled by Megamind.

Yes, I think in trying to prove something you missed where she literally tells you her engine is silent, as in no longer an issue. Her transformation into a Mind Flayer solved her problem in that scenario.

Maybe some endings were cut, but Karlach does still have proper endings available, may not be the ones you like or want, but they are very much there. Also, when Karlach turns into a Mind Flayer her quest is complete, it is no longer in the journal as you have reached the conclusion.

They are entirely absent. Just because you think randomly killing a character off screen is an ending doesn't magically make it so. The content was cut along with Mintharas story, half of the city of Baldurs Gate, the endings to the game final reels, half orc and dragonborn customization, class skills, and more.

Seems like they have other endings to her depending on situations even one where she straight up survives in a youtube video

I'm more than satisfied with her story, yes there are items hinting to more but they do have options . Anyway have a good day everyone peace
