Investigator Valeria isn't at Sharess Caress

So I just solved the temple murders and my quest journal tells me to report to Investigator Valeria.

I returned to Sharess Caress, but all that was in their original seat was a note that was a pending tab. The note basically said 'Idk where Valeria flew off to'. So I figured to check the Open Temple but the lady just told me that I better report my findings to Valeria.

I don't want to search all over the city for this person, especially considering it's huge, does anyone know where they went? Or do I have to actually kill Orin and the cultists first?

I ended up figuring it out, yes, but it's part of the main story so wouldn't be able to let you know without spoiling.

For anyone else interested they are the prisoner trapped in the Bhaalist Temple

You can't find Valeria because they have been kidnapped. And to make it short and simple: you are mostly correct, sir, yes, sir, because ... not Orin, but her father/grandpa is the kidnapper.
