Did I totally miss Karlach? (early game spoilers)
I took a couple rests before doing Wyll's story, so his patron showed up and punished him, and his quest is gone. I looked up where to get her since a friend told me about her- but I went there, there's no tiefling and Anders is dead. Does she show up later?

Wife found her in first 2 hrs playing. Meanwhile im act 2 and never saw her once. Pretty sure i missed out lol.

AFAIK you can miss her and Lae'zel if you take too long to find them.
