Why can't characters with Superior Darkvision see in Darkness?
Devil Sight allows it, but Devil Sight is just Superior Darkvision. What gives?

Devils sight gives superior darkvision AND lets you see in magical darkness. Superior Darkvision just gives dark vision, thats it.
