Mystic Carrion [part 3 spoilers]
I have defeated Mystic Carrion, but need to find his hearts. From what I can find one of them is supposed to be in the basement, however I cannot for the life of me find it?? I had snuck into there before if that makes a difference but do not remember finding anything significant. I know where the second one is, but do not want to do it before the first.

I'm stuck on this

I destroyed the lungs, but apparently the heart is in the basement? I have looked like 6 different times today and found nothing but potions

So I did find it. The first time you kill him, his heart IS NOT in HIS basement. It is hidden in the sewers near the Ancient City Ruins. It does not appear in HIS basement until after one long rest. However, that kills Thrumbo, and he is again in his house as an enemy.
