Not sure if all classes are viable.
Whichever class goes for it has to have enough health to tank the larger hits. Without thinking too far into it my first instinct would to go slow and tanky.
Maybe a Assassine/Gloomstalker, but might not work so well in tough fights that you cant start yourself. But with re-stealth items and so on, might be possible?!

With how much money you aren't spending on others, you can really go high with your provisions, specially poisons/utility/scrolls.
the only enemies with See Invisibility in the game are some Absolute cultist at the last battle. Maybe some Bane justiciars, but don't quote me on that one. So Gloomstalker is still pretty viable.
