Now, first, is your PC actually frozen or is it just that you can't get to your desktop, etc?
If your PC freezes or hard resets this is a system issue. This means your have a driver issue, OS issue, or hardware issue. You can find out by running logging software that logs heat and voltage and load for your CPU and GPU and heat and voltage for your PSU. Obviously, update all drivers and your OS.
Also, run some load testing software on your RAM and drives. Corruption in either of these items can cause freezes.
Also, try switching graphics mode from your normal mode, i.e. if using Vulkan switch to DX11, or vice versa.
