I'm sorry lol. I tend to keep chrome open with at least 2 tabs depending on what im doing. I looked into my problem an it says things like chrome or discord you be a problem. Im not sure why they could be problems when chrome can be used for your own music an discord is rather obvious. The website says chrome may be eating up memory but mine only eats up half a gig in memory. (currently 12 instances open at 700 mb)

There's a lot of reasons this could be happening. You could be running out of RAM, Your PC could be overheating, Your hard drive is failing. Your power supply is failing, your graphics card needs a driver update, your PC specs just aren't good enough. Try using your mobile phone to browse the internet and go on discord for awhile and see if it only happens when those things are open by closing them.

Games can't cause computer lockups/reboots.

Now, first, is your PC actually frozen or is it just that you can't get to your desktop, etc?

If your PC freezes or hard resets this is a system issue. This means your have a driver issue, OS issue, or hardware issue. You can find out by running logging software that logs heat and voltage and load for your CPU and GPU and heat and voltage for your PSU. Obviously, update all drivers and your OS.

Also, run some load testing software on your RAM and drives. Corruption in either of these items can cause freezes.

Also, try switching graphics mode from your normal mode, i.e. if using Vulkan switch to DX11, or vice versa.
