Strong women are overrepresented
I mean, come on, could it have hurt devs to make Aelyn a male aasimar? Would it have changed anything for the story? No, but gotta have a strong giant female fighter main npc and a horny lesbian reunion.

Karlach? No reason she couldn't have been a male barbarian story wise as well. But you gotta have a horny (literally) strong giant female fighter for yourself as well.

And why play a fighter yourself when Bae'Zel is there to cover your weak ass on that front and she's superior at it as she keeps banging it into your head.

The only strong male of note is Halsin, but he's not even a fighter and is there to satisfy your furry bestiality fetishes.

My cringe level with leftist agenda in this game is reaching its peak already and I haven't even reached Baldur's Gate yet.

Does it matter? They're great characters, makes no difference if they are male or female.

There is no leftist agenda, the game is just reflecting the diversity of life.

Why do I feel like if all the strong characters were male you'd still be here complaining?
Also if you didn't like having a strong melee female leads in your party, just make a custom character to replace them. No one is forcing you to use these characters if its making you cringe.

Hey, Aelyn being a strong horny lesbian is FAR more novel than her being a giant horny straight guy, so you can take that back, she's great for being different.
And the same goes for Karlach, she's great as she is and very adorable, if you absolutely have to ruin my day by turning the girls into men then you can have Lae'zel, turn her into a skinny gith warrior for you to play with.

Honestly I think your reading into it too much. While I agree, I would have liked a male plate user and a female non cleric caster. However I don't think its anything to do with with woke, leftists or any of that.

Its just how the cards fell and i think they are good characters..and honestly there sex seems to have nothing to do with their characters at all frankly. You could mod sex change one of them and it wouldnt change anything.

Honestly in Karlachs sense at least for me her being female rather than male is better. It makes her story come across better and gain sympathy. Id definitely be quicker to murder a male demon claiming hes turned a new leaf.

Oh no, you can't fetishize a wide eyed, child looking elf in this game? I'm so sorry for your loss.

Mate, I dislike wokeness to my core, but this game isn't it.

There's so many trolls/oversensitive people from "both camps" on this forum. :|

If you want the game to be more of a sausage party to suit your closeted needs then go for it, just hire custom people through withers.

It's okay though man. Being gay isn't bad. Just embrace it. ^^

I think he actually wants less woman and more dudes

It's a fantasy world where average women are just as strong as average men, so seeing a lot of female adventurers wouldn't be surprising.

I mean, that's fairly accurate to most home dnd campaigns. Also.. why is it the games fault if you are worse at building a frontliner than the npc is ? Calling it leftist agenda just because two of three fighter type frontliners are female is... not a good look.

last 3 RPG i played barbarian is being a female. i blame crom for this.
Pathfinder Barb=female
BG3 Barb=female
if i recall correctly i think even BG1 there was a female barb

it's the prime alpha position and they choose Female for propaganda that's for sure.

Pretty much this. It's why anyone can play D&D. It's really very inclusive as far as playing what you want goes. Can't say I'd like to live in the universe though, given how many cosmic dangers and stuff they regularly face x)

Well sadly you cant refund anymore I guess ... should have looked into the forum first ... create a "is this game woke"-mimimimi discussion and EVERYONE would have told you ... it is ... you will have no fun with all the wokey-ness and the "strong" women that makes your little Tav look "pale" and "boring" and weak. Could have saved you money and the time you spend for writing this here. But first buying than asking is not a smart move at all I suppose ... which meants bad karma.
I feel sorry for your wallet little buddy. :(

I know that the entire point of these posts is to start a flame war... trolls pretending to be offended by other trolls.

But GOODNESS do I notice a lot of people having that weird "If you want an attractive woman, that means something is wrong with you" mentality. As if all of a sudden gay women should be hated for their desire for the female form.
