You shouldn't think too much about "group balance". While it does have a place for consideration, the game and classes are way more about what you do with them than what you should not do. You can even run a group with 3 wizards and 1 warlock for "tank" and easily nuke everything in sight in 1-2 turns out of invisibility/stealth, if you don't mind long resting frequently. Or even go full melee with Barb, Pala, dual wield Ranger and Warrior just jumping around and bashing everyones heads in.
So yeah, 2 "supports" is unproblematic and viable. Both Clerics and Druids also have a lot of dmg options to play around, so you won't find yourself wanting on that part either.
If you want to "optimise" it: Give Shadowheart either Life or Light domain as sub-class. Druids can't cast while wildshaped and functions mostly as a tank, so you maybe want to focus the Cleric more on either dmg or heal depending on the domain. All domains have their uses, but those 2 give you hard, specialised, easy to use numbers to work with.
Both classes have very strong damage spells.
