The Usage of Hirelings.
Just some tips that would make the game even easier.
you can hire a hireling or multiple of them and then make them all clerics until they hit level 4 take the feat Tough and then every level after that make them a barbarian.

Reason why is if you use warding bond or any spell that last until rest you can leave them at camp and there spells still stay in effect. so with 1 cleric/barb per party member you pretty much boost every party member Hp by 50% and the reason why you want them to take tough and barb is to extend the hp og the Sacrificial Hireling so that it doesn't die for the damage it takes in your place with warding bond that way if you take alot of damage and heal from it in fight it doesn't die b4 you do etc etc etc other ideas you can use hireling for this is just 1 of them.

concentration spells don't work fyi.

like imagine making 2 wizard hirelings that give everyone see invisibility and dark sight perma every day and have 3-4 cleric/barbs that use warding bond on the lowest hp party members and gives every one advantage on saving throws against being poisoned etc

Swapping party members is such a chore that the tediousness of it outweights the bonuses you can get.

Or you can use a cheat for the HP. Just play normally.

I actually find this lore accurate. What Adventurer who could afford it wouldn't get a Warding Bond from some cleric and just tell him to sit in his temple. "We'll pay you for any potions/revives/heals you have to cast later. I just don't want to die."
