Florrick location ACT II Last light inn

Hello, I just arrived at Last Light Inn and I spoke to some harpers after talking to Jaheria.

The Harper told me Florrick should have been inside somewhere, but I can't find her anywhere at the Last Light Inn. Where is she?

I'm having the same problem. Looked all over for her in the inn

She is in the ground floor. on the right by the entrance inside the building

I googled and saw people on reddit having the same problem with Florrick at this location.

might be bugged unfortunately.

Edit: it seems it’s timed, she leaves and even leaves you a note on the table where she would originally be

I don't get it how to start the quest for the Moon-Lantern (Dolly)
I found the notice, ok so far so good, an now???
Do I have to go first to Baldurs Gate before entereing the Shadow lands?

Stuff unfolds without talking to Florrick, so when she is not there, could be a bug, or something you triggered in the game.

As to the Moonlantertn with Dolly... the drider lead caravan moves through the shadowcursed lands, it triggers when you come close. Either you are on your own, or accompanied by some harpers, which triggers after the fight and you try to leave the inn the regular way.

Btw, you should "never" fast travel, unless you want to do somethng that realy needs it (like going to camp and than return to where you were), when you move from A to B, take a walk.
