Or carry some jugs/bottles of water around to toss on her.

I picked up regular bottles of water around the world and threw one at her, it worked!

Guys, I know I'm late, but for people searching: If you control Karlach in the base camp, move your own character to the flowing river nearby, you can control Karlach and move her into it too. Works for me.

My game was bugged nothing worked just im waiting... literally walked her to river worked instantly. I love you!

I cast an entire sleet storm on her and it didn't work. Doesn't matter if it does damage or not.
