is there anything that can fix the target is blocked bs

one of my characters died on some stairs
and i physically cant use a revive scroll on them
I've barely started playing the game so i don't have any way to move the body

After starting the revive scroll, you can target them by clicking on their portrait on the side view, and then you click a point in the level for them to revive at
