Only way to change appearance is a new game. It's frustrating, but sadly no solution (not even mods) can help with this for now.

In divinity original sin 2 you can change your appearance and race, i guess they forgot.

this. i remember it was easily accessed on the main ship area.

so far on BG3 there's no way to edit ANYTHING on your character except a class respec.

it's unbeliable they'd make such a huge misstep. if Larian doesn't patch update add to this later someone's gotta mod it in. although it shouldn't have to come to that with such a standard feature. Dragon's Dogma even had it day 1. No excuses.

All the male genitals are too small. I think the person making these things has a small wee wee. Because they literally made them all the same size. Even soft I hang at least 2 inches lower than what is shown. So my immersion was lost immediately.

Seems the addition of genital choices backfired in this regard. Because if I never had the choice I could still roleplay my character as if he is me. But now... he is actually smaller ... thus changing all factors and equations regarding my characters life choices and overall purpose.

You can respec your class, but not your appearance or racial stuff.
