Amulet of Greater Health = Infinite Healing
The Amulet of Greater Health sets the wearers Constitution score to 23.

Simply by equipping and unequipping it, you'll gain HP until you are full. Works both in and out of battle (but takes up action if using in combat, so not recommended). Because BG3 does not use the 5E attunement system, this item can be used rapidly to fully heal your party quickly out of combat with zero resource cost.

The way this works is that equipping it the player technically gains health as their max HP is increased (like the Aid spell). But when unequipped, only the max HP is reduced back to original value, but the extra HP you gained still remains unless it exceeds your current max.

Yup they need to fix this but hey its a single player game so maybe dont abuse it ?

There's also enough healing potions lying around to drown a Tarrasque so maybe just play the game normally.

There is also at least 1 infinite spell slots exploit.

The real thing behind 'Single Player Cheating' issue is that it kills the game's credibility.

If you remove the cheat the game is challenging worldwide, if you don't:
"Eh, it's an easy game, you could just do this cheat and cheese it, not really a hard game"

That's why they have to fix those things.

By this logic Ocarina of Time is one of the least credible games in existence.

I reported this in the Suggestions and Feedback Forum...
Where this type of thing should be placed.
