Workbench in the Steel watch foundry

In act 3 when going through the steel watch foundry I found a table that allows you to combine 3 items, does anybody have a clue to what goes there? So far I haven't found any notes or anything to give a hint. My only clues are that you can pick up a watcher arm and a watcher aiming module on the factory floor.

Update, found a crowsbow blueprint in the security room, was right on the arm+aiming module guess, them plus the blueprint give you a crossbow you can use

yep. the blueprint is on the table of security office. the arm and targeting module are on the southside of the first room you enter the factory

what name is the blueprint? the item name coz I try that

its just watcher crossbow blueprint
it is on a desk on the opposite end of the security room from the workbench

they are scattered around the ground floor of the foundry, as mentioned previously blueprint is in the security room, optical module is on a small table next to one of the doors to the security room and the arm is also somewhere in the large room among the larger tables that have various parts of the steel watchers on them (btw holding Alt highlights interactable objects making it easy to find the one arm you can actually pick up)

I just found the components. Holding alt does NOT work on the arm or module. The Targeting Module is just outside the huge Security Office door on the table and the Steel Watcher Arm is just down that same walkway on a table next to the lever that opens the gate for the rail cart. When you click the workshop table you need to combine the arm, the targeting module, and the blueprints.

Thanks for this, did not notice these at first.

Makes me wonder what else I'm missing in other sections of the game if alt doesnt highlight them.

Does anyone know where the steel watcher helmet is? i get a glimpse of the text come up at random parts but i can't seem to find it

Yes its on a table in the same room with most of the components. Its at X-275, Y-133 just inside the front door coming from the Harbor.

You get the blueprint in the security room. You get the arm along the south wall in the biggest room. The targeting module is at the west end of the same room on a table, it's small. Take them all to the table in the security room, combine, the blueprint on the left slot, the arm and target module on the right two slots, and you get a crossbow

What are its stats ?

Its a unique +2 heavy crossbow that can use Lighting arrow as a lvl4 spell and harpoon an enemy and pull them towards you (iirc both abilities are Once per short rest)
