And get out of here with that 'I am not a bigot, I just don't like the gays doing anything that reminds me they even exist and expect them to go through life hiding their nature in public like its something to be ashamed about so I never have to be reminded gay people exist' nonsense. If being so much as reminded that something exists makes you upset then you do not like that something.
Tho i dont recall there being a dialog options to say her constantly boasting is anoying.
That would have been nice.
But then again skyrim made me immune to meaningless boasts.
If i had to put down every mead drinker for bad mouthing me skyrim would be an empty place.
Bad thing - you cannot after that have romance with SH, which u wanna have if u are normal man, that prefers normal women.
Also a lot of good people will die.
The message from devs is that if you don't like lesbians and feminists you are a mass homicidal maniac and dont deserve any love.
The whole scene was outright psychotic and out of place. I would sooner believe her to be a daughter of Bhaal then Selune.
You conventiently forget the part where she was betrayed and captured for over a 100 years while being killed over and over by dark justiciars.
She can be a bit over zealous but i fully understand where she's coming from.
You haven't met very many paladins, it seems. Giving grandiose speeches full of righteous posturing and violently dismembering evil people is totally fair game for them depending on which oath they made. And again, she was tortured for a hundred years. Of course she is bonkers.
You're upset that the female character is stronger than you, but needs your help? You'd call her a mary sue if she didn't need help - and you'd call her useless if she wasn't stronger than you. She is written well. Characters that are stronger than you and never require your help are boring beyond belief. The entire game constantly points out to you that you aren't up to the task and the only reason you can do what you can do is because you're chugging tadpoles, getting juiced up by The Emperor and getting protected by Orpheus. If you somehow went through the game feeling like you were the strongest guy in the room all by yourself, you must have played with headphones off and skipped all dialogue and cutscenes. Try dismissing The Emperor to piss off Vlaakith and see how strong you are.
Also yes you're upset about her because she is a masculine lesbo. If Isobel was masculine as well you'd lose your mind about her too. You're hiding your power level behind an ultra clear freshly washed and polished pane of glass. Transparent beyond belief.
And again she a holy champion and a daughter of a god. A freaking immortal literally. I guess all the damn children gods had can envy her. Getting killed for a century or so should be nothing to her. Damn, she has more pride than any Solar, yet she is so pathetic at controling herself, or at forgiving if that matters. And what is more important - fighting.
Lol I love how you perfectly explain and excuse her character for being literally the meme of why paladins are so annoying themselves, but because she happens to be a lesbian, I'm a bigot, and she is somehow excused from being annoying?
Yeah thats not hypocritically moronic at all...
Again, I have zero issues with Isobel, in-fact aside from the laughably silly "I fell in love at first sight" cringe (Which I would have thought was cringe regardless of the sexual orientation) she is a totally likable character.
No I'm upset because she THINKS she is stronger then me, and acts like she is, but in reality she is useless.
Which is an entire separate issue with the writing...
Fun fact: You can play the game without tadpole abilities, and without the Emperor helping you...
You seem to think you know a remarkable amount about what I would do in fictitious situations. But in reality, I don't really care if a woman is buff, or strong, or masculine, I don't care if she is bi, lesbian, or straight...
I just care if she is written well and keeps me immersed in the game.
Dame Aylin, was not, and did not.
Her flipping out and curb stomping Ketheric's face was the literal cringiest thing I've ever seen. Especially if you didn't rescue her from the soul cage, and she didn't actually participate in the fight...Its almost like she tries to steal your kill.
So glad I'm done with this game at this point.
Need Starfield to clear my pallet.
for me she unloaded some giant crit chain on the boss and took half its health off in 1 hit on tactician lol
