Karlach quest question about dammon

I didn't talk to dammon and only got Karlach in my group after the goblim camp, the tieflings are now into direction of baldurs gate.

Did I ♥♥♥♥ up karlachs quest ? or can I do it later when I meet dammon again ? or is it only duable in act 1 ?

Dammon is clearly gone with the other tieflings, and no marker on the map seems to confirm this.

If you rescued the Tieflings, Dammon appears again in the building to the right of the last light inn in the shadow cursed lands. He appears again after that in Act 3 at the smithy within the main city in the north of the area.

Ya saw it :) I still reloaded a older file because dammon doesen't give you the cool armor he makes in act2 when you don't do the stuff in act 1. but atleast you don't miss a quest
