Not getting Surgeon and Toll achievements.

Ive dealt with both via dialog and they both just offed themselfs.
I think this should qualify for the achievements but they dont unlock.

It doesn't count. I got the surgeon achievement doing it the proper way, by killing off the surgeon in combat. The easy way to prevent him from doing surgery is by putting an explosive barrel near them then opening the battle with Fireball. All his nurses will die and he will spend the rest of the battle trying to revive them.

I talked him into letting the nurses stab eachother to death and then to make him kill himself in the name of shar.

How I did it was by making the check to have the nurses off themselves, then initiate combat with the surgeon and simply don't let any nurse breathe entire combat while you beat him down.

And for the toll collector i talked them into me being their replacement and they just kinda died and spewed gold everywhere.

I killed both via dialogue as well. I got the Toll achievement(Penny pincher) But it did not give me the surgeons one. Wonder if they are/were bugged and suppose to give the achievement because I did the Surgeon a day before I did the Toll and it was patched between the two? Might have to reload from that save and try again to see if it works now.

Surgeon's achievement could be overlooked by devs too. Possibly they'll make it achievable by dialogue just like toll collector with some fix.

After all there are more scuffed ones. For example I didn't get achievement for petting both cub and scratch, cause I had animal speaking potion active at the time. Which is kind of hilarious since only with potion/spell you can actually pet them both simultaneously during that cutscene, which achievement literally suggests.

The toll collector one wait till at window then rush up and start combat, push out window which mostly kills, then clean up skulls, then snipe boss who is sitting unhappily with 6 hp several floors down. I climbed up vines from floor when boss was in wait phase at window which started the dialogue. There are a variety of push spells and abilities you can use, some with longer range.

The toll collector achievement is very easy to do, have someone start talking to her but keep someone that can polymorph (gale) away so he doesn't get thrown into the conversation, once you started the conversation use polymorph with gale and then go back to your character that's in the conversation and choose the option to fight her and she will be polymorphed and not be able to attack. Kill all the skulls and then break the poly and she will have low hp so one hit kills her and you will get the achievement.

As for the surgeon achievement i'm not sure what it fully means, I just stunned him and nuked him down before he could do anything. Never seen the "surgery" move at all.

I killed the toll collector through dialogue and the achievement popped.

I just killed the surgeon in combat, and even had the achievment pop up on my screen but it won't show on my profile :')
