Transferring save files

Can i transfer savefiles between steam account? I was offshore when the game released i played the game using my gf steam account (can't access steam guard because i left my game token keys at home) now i don't want to start over from scratch is there a way to transfer my save files manually or using cloud to this account?

just copy the contents of <Steam-folder>\userdata\<user-id>\1086940\remote\_SAVE_Public\Savegames to your other one

You can transfer your save files without any problems.
