Haven't seen it give a visual buff, not really paid attention to if it actually increases movement - will have to test it out later
What does "Momentum" mean in this context? I don't see the Haste Helm as a magic item in the DMG, so I'm not sure where to look. When I use T when examining my items in inventory, it just foregrounds the existing description. It doesn't define the term Momentum.
EDIT: Nevermind. If I press T, then click on the word MOMENTUM, it is defined.
It only appears in the case of this item at the start of combat and it'll be a little circular buff next to the characters portrait that looks like a running foot with wind behind it. You can mouse over it to see what it does.
