Act 1: Lia, Rolan & Cal Bug

Hello. I'm trying to talk to the group upon entering Druid Grove but the dialogue for the quest line does not appear when I start a conversation with the group. If I click on Rolan, then it only provides a short dialogue and doesn't give me the usual conversation prompts. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

This still hasn't been fixed and the only way to speak with Rolan is reloading a save made before completing the quest Investigate Kagha.
