Forge?

I can't seem to use the adamantian forge more than twice, sometimes only once. The game is basically acting like the mold isn't in, and the lever to eject it just gets stuck. So then I have to click a few times and I can put yet another mold in, make sure i have mithril ore in the crucible, then try the lava again. Hit or miss if it works again, is this getting fixed?

There are two pieces of the ore so you can forge two items. I encountered a bug while trying to forge second item when the platform was lowered. I couldn't move the valve or retrive mold and ore. So for second item I had to first reload save I made just after boss battle, push the button to move platform up, then repeat the entire process of crafting - mold, ore, hammer, valve, hammer.

There are only two mithral ores in the game... so yea, you can only use it twice.

Ya I has a similar bug where I had to reload to get the second ore. Then kill the boss, use the forge twice, but then it gets stuck below. I’d suggest going to the path to the right of the forge, doing that first, it’s a burst damage fight. The either resting or going to forge with both ore and molds you want, killing boss, then doing both forging, because you might have to tp out, and without tp spells or jump potions you won’t be able yo reach the other path. Boss is just a gimmick fight so you probs don’t have to rest after the other path

I ran into a bug where the lava wouldn't drain when I was crafting the second item. When I went into turn-based mode, the lava drained in two turns and I was able to complete the forging process.

Such a tough decision too, I went for a suit of splint mail and a shield.. I kinda wish I'd got the sword instead, but I've just been hoping more mithral ore will show up at some point.

For those who are having trouble with putting in the 2nd mould, have you noticed the lever next to the mould holder? It's needed to eject the previous mould to put in a new one. If that isn't working, then it could really be a bug.

For some reason I have 3 mithril ores, are you sure there is only 2?

Ok, if anyone gets stuck try this out.
When you click on the mould chamber, click on the bottom left screw/corner. So if the lever is considered bottom right, then bottom left is just the other side. You SHOULD see the chamber open up and then shut (For some reason) that is THE ONLY TIME you should put in your mould. From there click on the crucible once, you should see an animation like the steam being let out, then you can put in the mithril ore. The lava wheel should work just fine. Just do it in that order and make sure you see the animations.
I figured this out when I noticed the chamber wasn't opening after the first item was made, but sometimes it would open up - that's when I noticed the bottom left corner screw, now I have 100% success rate with the anvil.
