Did you find an answer?

I did the same. She just left, never to be seen again, same with Wyll or, I suppose, Gale if you fail to persuade him to stay.

Bit disappointing. Was hoping your former companions would return as adversaries in a later chapter.

You must search high and low.

Nope, they're so displeased they erase themselves from existence.

You brought down murder and death on the grove lol why would they join you?

Survival. Mind you, neither of them are overly smart.

If your companions leave you due to disagreeing with you, they're gone for good as far as I know

Wyll leaving shouldn't be that shocking. He's there defending the grove when you arrive, and training kids in fencing inside the grove. I would kinda expect him to be pissed if you help some goblins kill all the kids he was training how to fence.

Karlach, well, she really has a problem with attacking the helpless, too.

In my current play, Wyll was alright with the druids slaughtering the tieflings, but the moment I sided with the goblins he left and said something like, "there is no place for a hero here".

An adversary is an enemy. It would be cool if Wyll showed up in act 3 as a henchman for Gortash, having joined him in order to save his father, so you would have to kill him to succeed.

Well you can sell Tieflings as being antagonistic pretty easily, "we helped the druids kill the demon-spawn" is a pretty easy sell compared to "We joined a goblin cult and murdered a druid grove". He's really just protecting his brand, the hyprocrite

It was more like I stole the idol and the druids "kill all the outsiders", while I left the area through the front gate.
