how do i open a portal to hell? (act 3 spoilers)

so im decided to release Orpheus, but i need the hammer to do so. i didnt want to sign anything with Raphael, so i looked it up and i can just steal it if i open a portal to hell. i found the special shop in the lower ring, but Helsik didn't give me an option or anything, so i killed her and looted the place. i couldnt find any sort of recipe or anything for the ritual. so whats up, is this a dead end?

You where supposed to look around the shop and examine stuff before hand, then after talking to her she gives you dialogue options to open the portal

figured it out. theres a pouch with all the materials in it, didn't notice it since i have so many pouches in my inventory.

there is also a "recipe" - how to use those materials correctly. if you only got the mats but not the recipe you're probably in for alot of trial and error.
